Στην Μπάνια Λούκα, πόλη της Βοσνίας Ερζεγοβίνης, πραγματοποιήθηκε το 17ο Βαλκανικό Πρωτάθλημα Ζίου Ζίτσου από τις 16 μέχρι τις 19 Σεπτεμβρίου 2022.
